Suitcases roll across the driveway as the group makes their way toward the house, laughter already filling the warm salt air. Margot: “Elodie! Let go, I’m trying to walk!” Elodie: “I can't help it! We finally graduated!” A few steps ahead of them, Theo slings an arm over Sebastian’s shoulder. Theo: “So… do I get the single bed this year?” Sebastian: “You just want Elodie alone in a single room.” Theo: “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Back by the car, Sirena lifts herself onto the trunk's edge as Luke walks over with a smirk, wrapping his arms around her waist. Sirena: "Are we actually going to tell them this time?” Luke pauses for a second Luke: "Ri, don't worry too much about it. It’ll present itself.” Before she can say anything else, he leans in and kisses her. Sirena laughs softly into it, trying not to think too much about why they can’t just come clean.
Elodie and Margot stand together near the door as Luke and Sirena have their moment. Elodie: “You think they’ll ever just say what they are?” Margot: “I hope so. For the sake of our sanity and Sirena’s.”
