Good evening! Tomorrow for #summerinversiontherapy we are doing hollowback, which is a backbend while inverted. I use a wall or a pole as shown here. If you are badass and can do it unsupported I bow down to you. 😎 My tips are kick up into a handstand and slowly start to relax and "sit" on the wall. You can start really close and as your practice evolves get further and further away from the wall. Hey #summerinversiontherapy participants! I'm am getting messages about people confused over EPK 1 and EPK 2. This picture is EPK 1. The picture I posted this morning is EPK 2. The difference is in the legs. I typically enter this one from side crow, where the other I hop into from down dog or from lizard pose.
