Day 23: What’s your favorite performance?

One of the main reasons I love Shipwrecked so much is because every performance in everything they’ve made is PHENOMENAL. It was very tempting to just answer this question with “ALL OF THEM” and move on. But I take this challenge seriously, so I’m forcing myself to pick one, and I’m going with Sean Persaud as Edgar Allan Poe in A Cryptmas Carol because

Sean has always been amazing as Poe, but I feel like in A Cryptmas Carol he truly out-Poed himself. He’s the perfect blend of super creepy

and tragically adorable

that Shipwrecked’s version of Poe has always been, but taken to the next level, and it’s beyond incredible.

#SummerOfShipwrecked Day 22: the most happy of birthdays to the wonderful Sean Persaud who can play a variety of characters from dismal Poe to heartbroken Charlie to rejected James to traumatized Ford from .... the war. Not only can he act and deliver deadbeat comedic gold, his writing skills along with his sister’s are Oscar worth. They emotionally drain you one moment and make you roll on the floor laughing another. So a very joyous birthday and I hope you have good luck this year!
