It's the first Sunday in August and time for #vinylandbeersunday! Tonight, I have paused during my reorganization of my office to play the 1978 release from YES. The album TORMATO was not well received when it was released. But I had it on 8 track and I loved it! I will admit that it's no FRAGILE or CLOSE TO THE EDGE - but their are few albums like those in the @yesofficial catalogue. This one is underrated with highlights like FUTURE TIMES, RELEASE RELEASE, and ON THE SILENT WINGS OF FREEDOM. I have paired this 70s gem with a surprisingly piney Summer Pale Ale from @rhinegeist. It's bright, piney, with a bitter aftertaste. It reminds me of a Gose than a Pale Ale. I actually liked it more as I went along. What are you listening to tonight?
