This Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bark is a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for hot summer days. Made with creamy Greek yogurt, sweet honey or maple syrup, and juicy fresh blueberries, it's a delightful snack or dessert that's easy to make and enjoy.
Ingredients: 2 cups plain Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 cup fresh blueberries. 1/4 cup chopped almonds or granola optional.
Instructions: Put honey or maple syrup and Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix them together until they are well blended. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. The yogurt mixture should be spread out evenly on the parchment paper so that it is about 1/4 inch thick. Spread out the fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt mixture. For extra texture, you can sprinkle chopped almonds or granola on top if you want to. The baking sheet should be frozen for at least three hours or until it is firm. Break up the yogurt bark after it has frozen. You can serve it right away or put it in a container that won't let air in and freeze it.
