Hey Guys
So we all know how everyone's weight loss journey is different right. Everyone has a certain thing that allow them to push through in moments of weakness, something that keeps them consistent. Well I was contemplating this morning (after eating a shake and breakfast sandwich from Sonic last night). That I have to constantly remind myself that I am actively trying to lose weight of I will never make any progress. So, I've decided to make a Reminder Calendar!!! (I'll think of a cooler name later). Also I'm going to make a challenge the Summer Not Over Yet! challenge. Basically if you're like me and you like to set timely goals and feel bad that you weren't extremely productive the first month of summer well it not over til your heart beat stops RIGHT. SO I will put more information on it later on today. I am off to Wal-mart to buy a humungo calendar to hang on my wall or somethin' Stay Sunshiney My friends
