Made this wonderful Pork Chop with Peach Tomato Salsa recipe thought I would pass it on to you. Make the salsa about an hour before so it soaks up all the flavors together. Cook the pork chops in a large skillet.. When finish cooking put the pork chops on a platter scoop the salsa on top and serve. Salsa recipe: Chop together 2 ripe peach, 1 plum tomato, 1 Serrano pepper seeded and minced, fresh basil and 1 lime salt and pepper. Goes wonderful with a summer time salad with a citrus dressing.
