Painting my nails again. To use glitter or not to use glitter is the question.
It's all about Summery nails right now. And I love nothing more than to sport a beautiful French Polish, as it never fails to make to your nails look fresh & well manicured. But why not add a hint of summer to your French mani? Here, I hand painted Blue flowers on top of my shellac to make them look extra special! And it's become super popular with my clients the past couple of summers. I prefer to use good old Acrylic paint to create my designs. Many of the paints sold on the market specifically aimed at nail art seem to be too wishy-washy, and you need density when creating 'one stroke'designs. Otherwise, when you blend the two colours together to create petals the paint can become see-through, so you then end up having to layer the paint a number of times to gain a good opacity. Plus once acrylic is in place & it's sealed in it just doesn't move.
