Day 7: Yogi’s Choice. Make sure that the light in you, honours the light in that girl in the mirror... . For the last day, I went with lotus pose. I’m still working on finding calm in the discomfort, so this was a great way to remind myself that when things get uncomfortable, just breathe and honour my own light. Day 8 & the last day for #summeryogaplay is free play, so what better way to end this challenge than to head off to the beach! Sunbathing yogi style with an Upward Facing Plank!
