Day 7: Yogi’s Choice. Make sure that the light in you, honours the light in that girl in the mirror... . For the last day, I went with lotus pose. I’m still working on finding calm in the discomfort, so this was a great way to remind myself that when things get uncomfortable, just breathe and honour my own light. Day 8 & the last day for #summeryogaplay is free play, so what better way to end this challenge than to head off to the beach! Sunbathing yogi style with an Upward Facing Plank! During this challenge I’ve stayed in Napa Valley, Calabasas, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica & I’m now headed off to Palm Springs!! It’s been a busy week!!
