These are Hares (pronounced Horace) and Skargi! Two knights of daylight who are hunting down Veya. Apart from just being tasked with hunting her down, Hares has a personal grudge to settle with her, as she's the one that made him blind. Skargi on the other hand is a seeker in training. Seekers are a special group of knights of daylight tasked with retrieving the lost sword of daylight.
