//owed this from the other day. was testing out recording multiple tracks and combining them all so you get that duet effect. i think it turned out alright, but some feedback is nice!

"I’d rather not talk about it." A hand reached to her chin, when the male summoner spoke of her abused cheek. Knowing she was the one to start the fight, she absolutely didn’t need the other’s sympathy. "It’s just a scratch, nothing to worry about." She’d deal with that later.

For the first few seconds Annie didn’t know how to react—She was that surprised by the action. Then, when she found her senses again she kneed him in the gut, punched him in the face when he bent over and gave him a kick that knocked him down for good measure.
"Hey, next time, ask me." She growled. "Then I can just say no and you don’t have to go home with a bloody nose."

9. Wailing uncontrollably over a book
The mage was leaned back in her chair, seemingly trying to finish one of her romance novels. As she flipped through the pages, tears would not stop flowing from her eyes. This was one without a happy ending. If there was one aspect of Lux to know, it was that she was sappy. Happy endings could wreck her as much as disappointing ones. She remained in this chair, trying to regain control of her emotions.
