#ADHRB and @birdbahrain cautiously welcome the pardon of prominent #humanrights defender @nabeel.rajab from prison due to "health reasons," after serving 4 months of his 6-month sentence. While we celebrate Nabeel's pardon, we also reiterate our concern that his conviction stood in relation to acts of #freeexpression and that the Bahraini government maintains further charges against him that may result up to 10 years in prison.
