THIS PLUGIN IS SO POWERFUL!!! MY MIND IS EXPANDED WITH THE POTENTIAL!!!
Its a really nice thing that lets you make your own custom HUD in an awesome visual interface for people who don’t know anything about programming. You can even playtest the game at the same time and layer the HUD over it to see how it’ll look when you’re done!
And you can pretty much do anything?? It comes with a whole bunch of handy example pics for HP gauges and stuff, but you can do anything as long as you can draw it. And you can make each picture or textbox tied to a different value ingame! this is where you actually do benefit from knowing some programming, but I mean you just have to learn how to call up a one line variable check and not have to form the entire HUD box yourself yknow??
ITS JUST SO HELPFUL???
This makes it totally possible for me to do my idea of a turn-based time HUD for a life sim game, stamina HUD for a farming game, even using hearts instead of regular HP bars for a dungeoncrawler! I was gonna do all of those anyway, but by spending like fifty hours stitching together a fake HUD from displaying images using event commands. That probably would have lagged like hell! Cos seriously something as simple as “display this line of text in a certain place onscreen” isn’t available without programming skill. No longer! Now you can finally place a text without a textbox! A text that doesnt pause the whole screen until its gone! A text that can exist 24/7 in the corner and be very sparkly! THE BASICS OF HUD ARE NOW OPEN TO THE UNEDUCATED MASSES!!!!

I thought he was kidding when he said he was working on that plugin.
