Fire
Science!
We’ve now solved the question of whether or not fire would melt ice or ice would extinguish fire. Physics: it’s the law. Probably.
Weathered Nordic Bodypaints is soooo good. Thinking of changing paint for Sunakhun.
1 is her original, for comparison, and 2-4 are the three WNB Ornate options.
There’s face, body, and hands for all three ornate sets and I might mix and match but for the comparisons I kept all the sets intact.

Gonna go with these for now. Of course, in between the time I posted that last set and now I realized the author of WNB has posted like three more types and doesn’t seem to be stopping, so “for now” is possibly quite literal.
It’s not news to anyone different ENBs render skintones differently. I went and checked my past shots and found the last one I took of Sunakhun where I felt the tone was perfect was in ... 2016? Sure I’ve had plenty where I think she looked alright, but I’m talking completely right. I went looking to fix that. Better late than never? Normally I don’t go in for shiny texture sets, but this one works pretty well. The contrast from the areas of high shine to the rest of texture makes it perceptually different even though the assigned RGB value hasn’t changed a bit. So I’m happy with it even if it’s a little weird getting used to the shiny thing sometimes :)
Dressed to Kill
A while ago, I was thinking about doing a story set with the Diplomatic Immunity quest. I don’t know if I’ll ever make the set but that’s no reason not to use this party dress replacer and UUNP from @wtfuun.
Sunakhun // Retrospective
Dunmer are cool, I made one. I made Sunakhun when @robton's TMB was new and I was using it for everything. I still use it a lot because I think it’s great, so thanks! And then he made a TMB conversion of Ciri's armor from The Witcher. And those two things have never changed.
Her name means, according to a TES fan wiki I found, blessed in the dunmeri language. I absolutely love that googling this word brings up the wiki and then me, me, me. It’s like I own a tiny, tiny slice of the internet!
I know dunmer tend to be dark blue/grey but I found a skintone with a reddish hint looks better, so there. Oh, I tried changing her to a default dunmer tone once a few months ago. Heh, never again. Nope. I was also really into full-body warpaint/tattoo Racemenu overlays at the time so I went and threw on approximately all of them. Head, body, hands, feet, everything. I thought about changing them but it just looked wrong ... I guess if you use something long enough changing it just doesn't appeal. So I kept 'em.
Sunakhun's another character I've actually played a lot of Skyrim with. I tied her to Dragonborn by being from Solstheim and even had a thematic upgrade of her character after finishing the Dragonborn DLC; new blade, new spells. Possibly the only time I've managed to tie a game event and the character leveling system together? She’s done most of the DLC quests, I cast that as sort of ... aloof about Skyrim’s internal problems (”dgaf about civil war”) but driven to help her people, just like she’s driven to help the people of Solstheim - and note, not just Raven Rock.
Oh, the fire and ice theme is some real character 101 because she can be that way too. It's not just her weapons. No, it's not very original, but so what. :)
