     it’s not the right thing to do, but it’s what he does anyway --- straddles the other’s thighs without a moment’s notice & settles his hands on the shoulders beneath him now, eyebrows raised and a smirk on his face. he rolls his hips once, lets his shirt ride up just enough to tease, & then leans close enough to murmur dubiously, ❛ so, what ? you suddenly don’t want me now that someone else is in the picture ? ❜

   it wasn’t unlike the pair to help themselves to his home whenever he was out; junior expected to come home to a waiting alex and lux at this point. but the smoke peeking around the kitchen corner, and the faint sound of bickering wasn’t part of their routine. it wasn’t until the loud alarm of a smoke detector began to blare through the home did junior take into account how quickly their plans were beginning to go downhill. rushing into the kitchen he covered his now coughing lips with one palm as his other worked at turning off the stove. “ what is going on in here? ” he questioned through his hand as he started to fan away the smoke with a towel.
