At the top of every home cooks Christmas wish list in the 1950s was a Sunbeam Mixmaster. 🎄 What set them apart from other beloved competitors like Kitchen-Aid mixers was their pair of oversized beaters which whipped around the whole interior of the bowl thus ending the need to scrape down the sides. They also boasted aeronautical inspired design and a super powerful motor. So powerful in fact, that they are still hard at work in kitchens today. This one was made in 1955 (that’s Model 11 for collectors) and cones with bowls, the famous beaters and the spin plate. It’s such a marvel of engineering, kitchen cookery and Christmas joy!
