If I give Rafiq of the Many lifelink, and enchant it with Sunbond, how does that interact?

When Rafiq attacks alone, he’ll gain +1/+1 and double strike. Assuming he gets to deal combat damage in both combat steps, he’ll deal 4 damage in the first combat step. This causes you to gain 4 life and causes Sunbond to trigger. Sunbond’s trigger puts four +1/+1 counters on Rafiq when it resolves. In the second combat damage step, Rafiq will deal 8 damage. This gains you 8 life and puts 8 more +1/+1 counters on Rafiq. Rafiq is now 16/16.

Thanks for doing trivia again, it's super fun! How about something about one of the coolest mechanics ever, cascade?

Back when cascade came out was when I first started judging, and players sure weren’t careful with it. Lots of players forgot to shuffle the cards before putting them on the bottom, and most players didn’t count how many cards were revealed for each cascade, so it made maintaining known portions of libraries very difficult when the random part of the deck needed to be shuffled because of a Looking at Extra Cards infraction or the like.

If I have a Serra Avatar and 40 life, and it has gained lifelink and double strike while having a sunbond enchanment on it, what is my life total/power and toughness of Serra Avatar after combat

This is simple math that you should be able to do for yourself, but sure, why not? I guess we’re assuming your opponent has like, a million life or something? OK then...

Serra Avatar deals 40 damage to your opponent in the first combat damage step. You gain 40 life from lifelink, making your life total 80 and making SA 80/80. Sunbond’s ability triggers. When the trigger resolves, we put 40 +1/+1 counters on Serra Avatar, making it 120/120.

Serra Avatar deals 120 damage to your opponent in the first combat damage step. You gain 120 life from lifelink, making your life total 200 and making SA 240/240. Sunbond’s ability triggers. When the trigger resolves, we put 120 +1/+1 counters on Serra Avatar, making it 360/360.

So... final stats: Your life total is 200. Serra Avatar has a base P/T of 200/200 and has 160 +1/+1 counters on it making it 360/360.

If Kaalia attacks alone (and then you put a card from your hand into play tapped and attacking) would she still trigger exalted?

Yes, because the extra creature was never declared as an attacker.

27) Pet cards: I’m not sure what this means, but I’m going to go with cards that I really really love and am proud to have. If that’s correct, then #1 is definitely my Avacyn, Angel of Hope. I also love my Iona, and the first planeswalker I ever pulled, Ajani Steadfast, as well as my Anafenza and Narset promo foils, and my other commander, Tromokratis (much less valuable though it may be). And then there’s my first rare and first dual land: Temple of Plenty <3
