hmmm... alright, here’s a video that really helped me, and could probably explain how to install the actual game, just remember that the thing that normally screws up the game is WHERE you install the files. Dont let it be installed in the Programs x86 folder. Install it in thr Programs file instead, since that was a problem I had. And as for the patch, the instructions can be hard to follow, uhm... I’m really terrible at explaining stuff like this here, so if you really need my help I can help you on skype somehow to see what exactly you’re doing?
