OMFG do they know why??

They said it was likely injured somehow prior to us even finding him in that parking lot. It was always kind of crooked and odd looking, but no outward signs of any issues, but I guess there actually was the entire time. I feel bad that we didn’t catch it sooner (and the vet we took him to after we found him said nothing either, so idk what that was all about), but he seems to be dealing well.

Right? I think he’s feeling better than I am today and I didn’t have any part of my person cut off lol. He has been playing all day, finally just passed out to sleep after he had some dinner.

When you're writing, do you ever get into the groove of a story so much that you want to write another chapter of the same fic? Or as a rule do you always post a chapter and then move on to the next fic in the rotation?

I don’t really have any hard and fast rules for myself when it comes to fic. I think there were a few times in the past when I went ahead and worked on the next chapter. It really just depends on my fickle brain. The peril of having more than one WIP is that you’re always feeling pulled in multiple directions, so you feel guilty when you focus on just one…and then of course, often that leads to you not working on any of them at all. Go figure.
