Fair Warning
@sungjongmi
Sicheng had a certain understanding of back alleys and whispered threats, a knowledge of where to steer clear from, and how to interact with people of...ill repute; it was a strange sort of tango, he liked to think, a game, really, if you knew the right button to press, you could wriggle your way out of nearly anything.
This other guy, though, he seems perhaps...a little clueless? He appears to be waiting for something on the street, probably someone, and quite obviously so. He looks more than clueless, perhaps, almost a little...familiar. But from where or when Sicheng is unsure.
The trio of shadows in the alleyway around the corner had ignored him, likely because he doesn't look very threatening in a schoolboy uniform, but he'd heard whispers, and seen the glint of what he thought might be a baseball bat for a fraction of a second, and he'd read the energy.
Something tells him that this guy waiting patiently on the sidewalk is the target. He isn't sure what it is that tells him, perhaps he's developed some sort of criminal sixth sense, but he decides, out of a strange sense of guilt, to warn him.
He approaches him, unsure of what exactly to say, or of how much time he's got.
"You...you might want to clear out of here, man."
