“ The Wall ”
I amde the piece only listening to Pink Floyd’s The Wall for inspiration and creation. I am in deep love for this piece for it really represents what it feeling like in 2017 to be an American. The fear of friends or partners deported, queer rights stolen, and fear of war rampaging in our news. The other day my grandmother and grandfather woke up to a false alarm of a nuclear missile shooting to Hawaii (where they live) terrifying them. I never think I can be more surprised, but I only become more flabbergasted. I stand with this piece as a representation of the American society I have grown up in, I will say I am fortunate to be an American but not with This President...
