I mean, we don't know if Daja has ever discussed relationships with Briar before (at least, her relationships.  I know they've discussed his because Briar's discussed his with all his sisters), so he could have no idea that she fancied men in the past.  So I don't think it can be claimed as erasure in that case.  Besides, he was rather in shock (which was cute/hilarious), and I can see Daja only really confiding relationship stuff to Sandry, if she ever did.  They'd all been separate for a while while a lot of the 'figuring out one's romantic/sexual preferences' phase was going on.  *shrugs*  

And I do have to say, I love how both TP and DD have treated non-hetero characters in their work.  Especially now that it's canon that Carmela is omni/pan.  That had me squeeing so hard (also, Carmela<3Filif is an awesome pairing).  I'm trying to get my partners to read the series, as they had such formative influences on me growing up, and still do.

I get random pain all the time, but I have other underlying issues that presumably cause that as it's bad enough to make me use a cane. I'd suggest a doctor visit if joint pain like that continues.
