Easy Peasy pizza base
When you have been at work all day, it’s witching hour in the household with the kids and you don’t know what to cook. Have I got an easy meal for you. Homemade pizza!! You can make them a healthy choice as well and load them up with vegetables. This recipe will literally take you 5 minutes to whip up the base. Then the whole family can join in with the toppings.
Ingredients
* 1 cup of self raising flour
* 1 cup of natural or Greek yoghurt
* What ever toppings you would like
Method
* Pre heat oven to 200
* Combine the flour and yoghurt and gently knead until it forms a dough
* Split into 6 smaller balls and roll out each until flat and into a dry pan at high heat
* Cook each pizza base, turning as each side browns, remove from pan.
* With your base browned this is the fun part. Add your toppings. This can be anything. Here is my favourite toppings
-BBQ sauce
-Tomato sauce (yes both)
- Shredded ham
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Pepperoni
- Cheese
