Vacation bound

So we’re going to Michigan tonight. Cannot wait to get on the road.

I can only imagine how relaxing it will be with just Dubs & I. We haven’t been on a vacation for a week away from home together w/out any family being around until now.  Even on our honeymoon, my folks were across the street and down the road.  Granted, that’s what I get for having a destination wedding that they paid for. lol 

I am bringing books to read as I sit on the glider in the sun room, or to read while lounging on the boat.  I may even get a puzzle to work on in the dining room - just because I can. 

I will be posting pictures when I get back. There’s no internet service there, so they will have to wait, but we will be seeing the Ausauble River, Lumberman’s Monument, Lake Huron and if we feel like it, we may travel to Traverse City.

The kids, Roxy & Ollie, are at my folks and even though we’ll miss those little fur balls, we know they will be spoiled @ Nana and Papa’s.
