Huang: As it usually happens in stories like this, everything changed unexpectedly. The new guard, Sunset Zircon, saw the young noble woman for who she was.

So @confusedsinfulchild were talking on discord last night and we thought of how in our AU that still doesn't have an official name yet. So we decided that during the grand escape from Homeworld, that Red and Shadez fused. Here is the pyromaniac, Sunset Zircon

Huang: He was her rock and the best friend she never had, and she trusted him with her life.

[melien]

Huang: She knew that it was given to her for a reason, and without it, her life would have taken an entirely different course. She wouldn’t have become a legendary fire witch, save so many people from the cold and hunger, and be forever united with her love.

Huang: Their love was always just as strong as it was when they first met. They never forgot how they saved each other.

[melien]

Huang: Sunrise and Sunset escaped to the woods, far away from the palace and the royals. They established a fairly peaceful lifestyle there, and spent their entire life helping other people.

Huang: And so it started. In a blink of an eye, unknowingly even for herself, everything was set on fire. The prison surrendered to the wild flames, and Sunrise grabbed Sunset’s hand and promised him that she’ll always keep him safe from now on.

Huang: They could talk about anything in the world for hours, sneaking out far from the prying eyes of her family and throwing longing glances at each other during the formal events.
