Hi, my friend, how are you? I really love their mods, they are very lovely, could you do a tutorial on how to create buildings or do you know any ?, I would very much like to create buildings for my game.
hmm this question is a bit hard to answer because when i make mods i just kinda wing it, like i didnt plan anything i just “i like this ill do this first” kinda thing,
though at first i usually copy and paste a pattern of wall that i recolored or found in the towninterrior.xnb, i just keep copy and paste until it looks “big enough” for a building
next i just put on anything i want like i said, i dont plan it i just “ i like this window ill add it” or something like that
after that i copy and paste the roof then i recolor the roof, in the end i just add in what i like then finish!
i think the most useful tip i can give you is not to give up? oh and make the building look rusty because not all buildings are newly build, it will look more natural, because it actually took me 2.5 days to make the lesbian’s shop/house just from scratch, and the fishing shop thingy that was from mermaid hill took me 5 hours because i can copy and paste!
i think so far the hardest thing in sdv to sprite is the buildings, portraits are easier to me mainly because i practice a lot!
