Hi teejay,

I know Daredevil isn’t your fandom anymore and it’s been… well, eight years now so this might be a bit distasteful, but do you know anything about the fate of Sunshineverse or MomentumDeffered?

You were pretty deeply involved back in the day, and I love re-reading your additions to the series. I actually just finished rereading the series for the millionth time earlier today. I don’t know whether you knew MomentumDeferred personally or just as mutuals, and I don’t mean to pry, but do you know if they’re okay?

I know life gets busy and fics get pushed to the back burner, but they seemed to have a real passion for their work and I guess on a human level, I worry that something worse than “life gets busy” may have happened. Even if the fic is just perma-abandoned, it would be nice to know if the author is alright at least.

Hey, yes, I've talked to MomentumDeferred relatively recently and he's doing okay. Indeed real life happened and other things just took precedence over the fic, and then sometimes people just move on from fandoms. It's sweet of you to worry, I'll pass on to him that someone asked about him. 🙂

sunshine skips and their moms🫶 lighting dust is soooo proud of her baby

in my heart, rainbow dash and lightning dust having kids made their competitive natures calm down A LOT after seeing how it could effect their children. I think it was for sure a lesson they learned while raising Sunshine Skips, but I think they were able to learn it while they were still young enough to not really remember having that pressure put on them :0)
