Happy Year of the Fire Horse to those who celebrate!
Dragon Striker x HTTYD part 4
Now it's the Bards turn to get their dragons.
Casper Ferreiro can have a Razorwhip, a formidable dragon known for its metallic, silver-plated scales. But later he can get the Silver Phantom. It looks like it's made out of metal. Silver Phantoms are known to be the fastest and highest-flying dragons around. Casper is faster and has better stamina than his sister.
Callista Ferreiro gets a Silver-tailed Ironclaw. Sure, Razorwhips are said to have an aggressive and deadly nature. But any dragon can be aggressive or kind. I don't want to give twins the same dragon species just because they're twins and have the same Tama. Silver-tailed Ironclaw is strong, and I want to emphasize the difference between the twins. However, after some digging, I found a perfect dragon for her. The Sword Stealer! Sword Stealers have skin with magnetic properties that attract metallic objects such as swords and shields, which it uses to coat itself with an additional layer of metal for protection.
Tiffania Obalas! There are a few dragons that can make bubbles, but they don't really fit her and the show. They're either too childish or too big and powerful. Look at those goobers! A Bubblehorn, a Bubblegill and a huge Submaripper! Let's give her a young Submaripper and call it a day.
For Alvince Lumni there's Quaken. Much like the Gronckle, the Quaken can curl its round, heavy body into a literal boulder and roll over anything in its path. I was worried this dragon is too ugly to be on the Bards team, but then I realized it could be a nice arc. Alvince chooses the dragon he likes, and that serves him best, rather than giving in to the preferences of his Goyen, his teammates, the fans, or anyone else.
Baü Rimbe gets a Thunderdrum. Instead of fire, it generates a massive concussive sound wave capable of stunning enemies and extinguishing flames. Hatchlings are so loud their cry rattles the sky, giving the dragon its name.
For Eclair Ademor I have a special one. Sweet Heart is a specific, exotic variant of the Sweet Death dragon species from the game Dragons: Rise of Berk. I find it funny that such a cute girl has such a scary, yet sweet, dragon.
Regarding Surya, I have the same things to say as about Falco. However, I still have something special for him. Solar Flare: A hot, rare relative of the Fireworm. Its scales are said to be as hot as the sun. For getting around he can use a Sunspark. A golden Skrillknapper, introduced in the mobile game Dragons: Titan Uprising. There are also Sunchasers. A canonical Stoker Class dragon found in Dragons: Rise of Berk. It is colored in vivid red and orange with green legs and is known for its legendary behavior of "chasing the sun".
What do you think?
