He regained concious slowly and as he was pulled from his sleepy state he felt the throbbing of his shoulder and rest of his shoulder and groaned in pain before realinzing there was someone else on the bed with him and tensed for a moment and then realized who was next to him and he opened his eyes slowly taking in the fact that Maria had stayed and they had slept, just slept on the same bed together without sex being involved in anyway and then the fact that they were snuggling. He considered for a moment if he should move or stand or pretend and go back to sleep.

Few weeks ago this place was louder than a warzone. Now it's quiet. Don't know if I'm totally happy with this or wonderin' when the next crisis is.
