So I was talking to my brother...

As he had just gotten in a fight with his friend. His friend called him rachet and he told me he was "defending himself" by saying racist things to his friend. So I said to him "you have to learn the difference between defending yourself and bullying. You standing up for yourself saying I wouldn't do that or that wasn't my fault is defending yourself, you saying hurtful, racist or sexist things to another person is bullying".
