👏SUPER👏BAT👏AS👏A👏SQUARE👏 part four, First kisses GATHER ROUND
Superman + Batman: I know this technically shouldn't count but i'm gonna be bad and say CPR. KISS OF LIFE. okay becuse imagine. It's been a crazy battle. they're fighting an intergalactic (idk alien? entity? angy army?) SOMETHING BIG THAT REQUIRES THE WHOLE JUSTICE LEAGE. and everyone thought that they won, yknow, everything was fine, ect. and then superman hears it. Bruce's heart bead becomes arythmic, and then stops completely. He's there before Bruce even hits the ground, despite being across the battlefield, and he's cradling Bruce's (technically dead) body in his arms. Clark immedatly starts CPR, getting Bat back but also being very very angry and sad and upset that Batman even hid his injuries to that extent. Cut to interior justice league (building? hideout? idk man i don't know) medical ward and Bruce is sitting in one of the hospital beds beet red thinking about inappropriate places Clark could put that mouth while Clark is scolding him incessantly about safety and speaking up when he's hurt and NEVER doing that again. Batman is very amused + aroused at superman using his yelling voice on him, and superman is this close to developing the alien equivalent of a anurysm.
Clark Kent + Bruce Wayne: Literal total accident. They are both in a car together going somewhere and Clark's tie is askew so Bruce leans in to fix it and Clark assumes he wants physical affection (becuse that was what they were talking about earlier, of course, yknow, PDA when you're with a billionaire and what not. gossip tabloids and such) so, assuming Bruce is leaning in for affection, Clark kisses him on the cheek, nice soft and sweet, and HOOOO BOY DOES IT MAKE BRUCE BLUSH. UP. A. STORM. he's used to everything in his life being cold and clinical ( he actualy PREFERS IT THAT WAY, thank uu) but Clark (and superman) were so SWEET on him in a way he has not had time to build walls against. and bruce maybe stammers out a "that's n-not what i-" before Clark is laughing and apologizing, saying "whoops!" like he didn't just flip Bruce's life upside down by KISSING! HIM! (on the cheek, but STILL.) yeah bruce is totaly normal about his big himbo golden retriever thank you
Superman + Bruce wayne: So Superman is out patrolling when Bruce's charity gala is held hostage (becuse they always are, yknow). so superman comes in and immedatly bashed the FUCK out of those bad guys becuse he's so worried about Bruce. literaly as soon as they're taken care of, superman comes floating over to his table, holding out a hand and gently asking Bruce if he's okay. Bruce is more than okay. Bruce is having the best day of his life. watching someone else get to be the protector is satisfying, sometimes, becuse Bruce is a fricking pillow princess (even if he doesn't know it.) he whispers in superman's ear to meet him on his roof in thirty minutes, and superman does. as soon as he's there, Bruce is putting his hands on him and purring "Why hello there, man of steel," and winking. "Hello there, grateful citzen," superman banters back, and bruce says something to the effect of "I'll show you grateful," before leaning up and kissing superman with all his might. superman has to remind himself to keep both his feet on the ground, becuse if he didn't, they'd be floating off the ground. Bruce didn't like Superman flying him around as Batman, he'd most certainly hate it as bruce wayne. (Plus, it wouldn't be very sneaky.)
Clark Kent + Batman: Batman flying out to metropolis city and literaly just showing up to the daily planet headquarters. He always has a story, you know, some kind of intel he found to give him an excuse to visit his favorite exposé journalast.... Louis lane. But if he just so happens to find Clark kent on his way, and just so happens to pull him into and empty conference room or the closet, or on one memorable occasion, the men's restroom.... well... that's Batman's business. Their first kiss in the daily planet offices is in the copy room, where Bruce manged to find Clark and give him one HELL of a smooch before going about his day, unaffected. Clark? Clark is blushing and giggly the whole day. this does nothing to not feed into Louis's "Clark has a crush on Batman" theory, but at this point... well, she's not wrong.
Bonus: Batman and Superman leave the JL meeting together, hand and hand, superman kissing batman on the cheek before they decide to head to Bruce's place for the night. They get in to wayne manor, stipping of all their superhero gear and giving soft domestic kisses in between layers, finaly getting in comfortable civvy pajamas and ordering take out to eat on bruces HUGGEE couch. even though they have the space, they are basicaly bonded at the hip the whole time. and sometimes, the good night kisses turn a little heated...
