Buy a block of #superfirmtofu from a grocery store Tofu If you’re not a #tofu person, you can substitute it for something else. I sometimes cook up a batch (slices,cubes,crumbles) and put them down to reheat for various meals. Of course, please season your tofu, otherwise you’re eating a tasteless, spongelike entity. How to make: 1. Follow the directions on the box for heating up the noodles 2. Add the tofu or an alternative That’s it.
