The city nightlife bustled around him as Saki strolled through the crowds. Most of his enemies wouldn’t recognize him in his finely tailored suit, such was the advantage to his status as a successful businessman. Besides, he had a very important meeting in the new TCRI complex to get to. His daughter was in desperate need of assistance that only the Kraang could provide. 

Stopping for the crossing signal in front of the Central Park entrance, Saki found his mind’s eye swarmed with memories from when he’d taken his daughter to the parks in Japan. “I’ll avenge you, my daughter,” he muttered.

“It was really no big.” She tries to wave it off -- Kim doesn’t exactly feel great about others thinking they are indebted to her. Of course it’s gotten her rides to exotic places more times than she can count, but she’s not in it for recognition or money. She’s just in it to HELP PEOPLE.
