Superman workout is very easy at all fitness levels. Most Superman exercises target the erector spinae muscles in the lower back and Abdominal muscles and shoulders. It makes the core very strong, which in turn reduces stress on the lower back. Therefore, over time, this will reduce the risk of injury and pain. Superman exercises help support the spine by effectively strengthening and modifying posture. The advantage of Superman training is that it provides stronger legs and buttocks by targeting the hamstrings and gluteal muscles.
So I’ve decided to bulk up so i can do Superman cosplay. Any suggestions for a good superman workout?
Day 1
The first day of the Henry Cavill Superman workout was pretty intense. It starts with about an hour and a half of total body exercises - from power cleans to squats to box work to man makers - then hits you with another hour of chest and back work, starting with a quick warm up. One thing I like about this workout is the way it's supposed to teach you things about yourself, opening doors to new strengths you didn't even know we're possible. I definitely saw that today during the 100 body weight squats, which I firmly believed we're an impossible task. However my body proved me wrong, showing that fitness is just as much mental as it is physical.
