I went to pride without my parents knowing too and it was so freeing!!! (Except there were hate groups at ours hahaha)

to be honest i only saw one protester!! which is not at all what i was expecting, to be honest? it wasn’t even bad tbh he was just marching through before the parade with a sign that said something about how real love is jesus dying for our sins or something idk ANYWAY yeah it was really really cool to be in a space so open and accepting and fun, what a good experience honestly

19: talk about something that happened in middle school.

i live in canada and where i’m from, we don’t have middle school, elementary school is kindergarten til grade 8! but omg… grades 5-8 i was at a different school for the gifted program so that’s similar to changing to middle school i guess. anyway my class was lowkey ridiculous but we were all also rly smart kids so it was great. my closest two friends and i had a secret code we used to pass notes in, we’d memorized it so well that i could read the script characters as well as i could read the regular alphabet. my friend bella had the code along with a ton of other “secrets” written in this green notebook and i remember the boys always trying to steal it.

bonus memory: this guy named edmond came up with this stupid game called groundschnitzel we used to play all the time. it was so pointless. if someone tapped you on the head and said “groundschnitzel”, you had to sit down on the ground and you couldn’t stand up again unless someone tapped you on the head again and said “burger”. amazing.

22: talk about your worst fear.

i don’t know if i have a particular worst fear i can come up with off the top of my head. i’m really really paranoid sometimes about being assaulted or attacked, there’s been some shitty stuff happening around me at uni. i’m afraid of losing the people closest to me, and i’m afraid of hurting them. i’m afraid i won’t be happy in the future and i’m afraid of failing and i’m afraid of other people seeing me how i see myself. ahh.
