Ogni tanto si prova a far qualcosa di buono... Selle e le pance di #coniglio marinate con birra porter, olio evo, rum, aglio, pepe bianco, senape, cordiandolo e basilico. Poi le ho rubbate con #jackdanielsporkrub e messe in #traeger a 85° in #supersmoke con ciliegio finché non si sono essicate. Poi tritate a polvere ed aggiunte nell'impasto per dei muffin salati. Per la guarnitura ho cotto a vapore la #verza e #patate poi frullate con olio evo e brodo vegetale.
