HELLO????

Oh Good God, Here I Am!!!

Well, I’ve learned a few things the last two months.  The holidays truly can be skipped; divorce really sucks; just when you think you’re fine, you’re not; money seems to make the world go round; fear sucks; new love is wonderful; you swear you’ll never hate your spouse, but you do; oh god, the list can go on...

Anyhow, I’ve somehow managed to edit a chapter, and guess what???

I’m posting it!!!

Thanks to anyone, in advance, who reads it.  I know this story has not posted with any regularity in months.  It’s what I never wanted to do, but real life does get in the way of fantasy...hope whoever is still around can enjoy.

Announcement

Hello everyone. Thank you so much for the mail and messages. Very grateful and appreciated. Guess it's evident that there's a problem in my world. Real life is sucking. Divorce headed my way. Overdue and I hit the breaking point. So lots to be figured out, decided upon etc. I'm mentally drained by dinner time every night, half falling asleep by 7, so getting on here has just not been possible. I've been told that the phase I'm in is the worst. Once we agree on everything I can truly move on. It's just going to take a month or two to get there. Had I realized that this was finally going to come to a head, I might not have started Superstar. But see writing has filled a big void for me. Kept me busy and allowed me ignore the bs I was dealing with. Denial and shutting off your feelings - powerful stuff. Anyhow I will answer you guys and I'll try to post next week. I'm taking life one day at a time currently. Hopefully I'll make good on posting. I have over a 100 followers on this blog, so believe me, I appreciate you following me! And thanks for the support of a couple of dear friends on here. Their friendship is a special gift. XXOO JM

Update of sorts

Hi all

Looks like I’m not getting to a chapter this week. Sorry for the delay.  RL has some things going on that require my energy and attention...timing is good, as our characters are apart at this time anyhow, with Lynn in NYC and Jimmy juggling his women in the UK!

I’ll be in touch and let you know in advance when I’ve got something to go.   There’s plenty written, just needs review and edits!

Chapter Update!

Friends!  For anyone who’s looking for the update, I’m sorry I’m behind this week!  I had an unexpected trip to NYC - which was fun as hell and I was actually in The Village, right around where SS takes place, which was very cool.

Anyhow, I think I’m done editing!  I’m working today though, but I will do my very best to get the post up during the day today (Friday).

Chapter Update!

Ok, my dear readers...Chapter 6 is coming along.  I have to admit, I read it a few days ago and was not pleased.  Made some hard edits that I’m confident made it better!  Anyhow, I will try to post tonight, but may be tomorrow.  We’ll see how much of a pain in the ass RL is today!

This chapter will close out 1973.  Next week will be those journal entries (short chapter) that I spoke of early on.  I will be reviewing and deciding how I want to proceed.  May end up being longer than originally expected.
