PLEASE READ! This morning when I woke up I was blessed with the opportunity oh spending another day on the beautiful earth with my amazing wife @quinnashley_ and I lot of my close friends. For over a year now I’ve been overweight... for someone that comes from a athletic background and is a personal trainer. I’ve disappointed myself and others around me. For awhile I’ve given up on fitness only because I was too close to it. For the past couple of day I’ve woken up step on the scale and starred at a number I’ve never wanted to see. Not only that I felt a way I e never wanted to feel. Motivation can come from many things but for me it has to come from within. I am the one eating the food, I am the one not programming right, and I am the one who gave up on me... That all changed today when I got home from training at a corporate office. I walked in my house sat on my new $10 bike that I got from a thrift store and rode it for 40mins I didn’t have any motivation, I just did what I needed to do. I need to face the fact that I wasn’t happy with how my body turned out and how lazy I’ve become.. Today marks the day I change mentally and become determined to get back on track with my powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and super total.
