Yesterday was an emotional day. For over the past year, I have been helping develop the Digital Communications department. I was blessed to be promoted to supervisor over the most wonderful group of individuals. Yesterday was my last day with my team. I am now supervisor over a Late Stage Collections team. While I know this is a new challenge for me (I have not worked late stage in over 2 years), I will miss my Digital team tremendously. For my last day they gifted me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a basket of wine and chocolate!! The card made me cry. My goal was to make my team a family and I hope I succeeded.
