i watch superman 2025 for the first time approximately 10 hours from now. this is the only thing i remotely know about the plot

lex hates superman so much that i bet he has a superman stuffie he sleeps with every night. why? to make sure that he remembers how much he hates superman when he closes his eyes at night and when he also opens them in the morning, of course. yes, he knows he will remember his hatred no matter what, but it doesn't hurt to have extra precautions.

and if he catches himself hugging the stuffie close, that's fine, it's not what you think, he's actually choking it, not cuddling it. the whole "you're my last thought before i sleep, and you're still the first thing i think about when i wake up" kind of vibes. oh, lex hates him so much.
