I’m starting a program for the 6 week transformation challenge and here’s the list of supps it wants me to take….
Multivitamin*
Omega 3*
Creatine/
Caffeine*
BCAAs*
Green Tea Extract
CLA
L-Carnitine
Beta Alanine
Yohimbe
Everything with an asterisk I already use on daily basis. Everything with a slash I have on hand, but don’t use regularly/at all. I’ve been thinking about adding CLA to my stack anyway, so I probably will do so. Yohimbe I researched it is known to induce panic attacks and paranoia in people with anxiety, so that’s out right off the bat.
My question is will Beta-Alanine, L-Carnitine, and GTE make that much of a difference that I should invest in them or will it not matter that much? My boyfriend takes beta alanine and he says he can definitely tell a difference when he’s using it vs. when he’s not, so maybe I’ll go halfsies with him to get some pre-workout with it in it. But everything else? Anyone have experiences with any of these?
