A couple boxes of labels made specifically to work with typewriters. And you can use them without having to open the box!

Left: Oxford Rol-Lables ... directions: Let machine unroll as you type. Use box holes to rewind, leaving end label out for next use. For neat typed headings on file folders, large envelopes, and many other labels.

Right: Colors - Cherry, Canary, White, Salmon, Green, Blue, Buff, Manilla.

Sometimes you need a copy of what you're typing... so you break out the carbon paper.
