Thank you @denesmera for the tag! Decided to steal @tynithia’s question list (had a few fun extras).

A little different talking about me!

So, here are a few of my favorite…

Cold drink(s): kombucha for the daily, but an Arnold Palmer if I want to feel something (sweet tea + lemonade). Also Albariño (white wine) if I really want to feel something.

Hot drink: cortado (equal portions espresso to milk/foam, don’t let Starfucks trick you)

Sweet: cupcakes, grew my firstborn on one nearly everyday of my 2nd & 3rd trimester (don’t tell my husband).

Singer/band: Lord Huron, though wasn’t a huge fan of Long Lost. (Their first 3 albums are an ongoing narrative! If you haven’t listened back to back I highly recommend!)

Song(s): my personal playlist Feelings (it’s public on Spotify by Alison Maher - my true name lol spoilers??)

Movie(s): Monty Python and the Holy Grail (this is self exclamatory if you’ve seen it, it is comedy gold. Saw it for the first time when I was 12 and watched it 3 times in a row. Cry laughed every single time.) and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (the soundtrack is 🔥 and Ben Stiller in a non comedic roll is 🔥)

Video game: Baldur’s Gate 3 (bet you couldn’t guess that one huh lol)

Season: Autumn (clothes and colors I actually like! And it’s not disgusting out, unless you’re doing fall in Florida then I’m sorry)

Flowers: Deep red roses (cliche I know)

Animals: Horses, Orcas, Cats

Weather: Thunderstorms and Snow

Tree: Willow (did you know they only grow near water and if you find one while lost in the woods, you can use it to find the water source to follow downstream??)

As most people, I do enjoy talking about myself from time to time.

Attention DHMIS & CUPHEAD fans!

Have I ever mentioned how much I love @pistachiolan ?? No?? Shame, cause I sure do love them a whole heccin lot.

Everytime I commission them they blow me away ever more than they did last time. Its such a pleasure and honor to watch their art growth. I feel such proud feelings in my chestical region!!

I know the people who follow me here do it for fanart, etc. (well, for Voltron stuff, let’s be honest), but I’m posting this everywhere else so why not tumblr, too? That all being said in the post, I’m most likely going to keep working on fan stuff during this break because it’s fun and it actually teaches me a lot (and it’s an ego boost, if I’m being real, here). I am kindof stuck with my current fic on Ao3, though, so there’s probably going to be a while before the next chapter is updated. I also wanted to post this as a kindof PSA. There are a lot of freelance artists out there. If you are friends with any, make sure you reach out to them every once in a while to let them know they have not been forgotten. There are also a lot of creators who put their heart and soul into things you are able to read/access for free. If you follow any webcomics or artists or writers (or whatever) who are creating content you enjoy, I know for a fact they would appreciate a quick message or shoutout so they can feel as though their work is not going unnoticed. There are a lot of comics I need to catch up on, and hopefully one day I’ll get my shit together to do a big shoutout post for the ones I love. :)
