I don't know why people can't take the idea of "even if someone is horrible, you shouldn't make fun of them for things they can't control like their looks or weight, because you're indirectly also insulting people who happen to share those traits and are NOT bad people" and also see how that applies to other things like talents -- talking about how much their art or writing or acting or music or whatever sucks, when none of those have anything to do with whatever bad things they may have said or done. Stop automatically linking talent with morality.

Common creator problems: you’re overflowing with ideas, can’t wait to try to turn them into reality, but you can’t just drop everything and start creating right away (because work, life, general adulting and stuff). Instead, you manage to write down about 50% of your ideas (50% at best because they keep flying off your head to go to someone else - Sir Terry Pratchett would agree they act that way). Then, you’re struggling to find time to actually sit down, set everything up and start creating. But then, when you do have some time, you’re simply too tired because you’re just human (and/or not an indestructible teenager anymore). And yet, you’re still overflowing with ideas, so you’re writing some of them down instead, and then… It’s kind of a vicious creative cycle lol.

Ok is this common or is this just me? 😅

sometimes i feel weird bc I’ve been on this site for a year now but i still haven’t had a post blow up, my fics still get under 100 kudos, i still feel less than other creators. i hate that i feel like that, it’s dumb and selfish. but im making this post so that u don’t feel alone if u feel this way too <3
