🇬🇧 Finally, after an infinite amount of time I managed to finish the drawing for neathlightdrawing #neathlight500DTIYS representing her Oc: The tender Harmonia. Ever since this challenge came out I wanted to participate with all my heart, feeling almost guilty if I didn't succeed, the reason I guess is also the fact that our two Oc look very similar. Red hair and violet eyes are two characteristics that also occur in my Nymeria. As soon as I read the description of the post and the moment we had to portray a name immediately jumped into my mind: Caravaggio. I immediately imagined his intense chiaroscuro tones in contrast with the intensity of the lights in his paintings and decided that he would be the inspiration for this drawing and I think I did a good job. Adding that neoclassical touch, given the choice of representing the character practically undressed. I liked to represent Harmonia captured by this almost divine light that attracts her to herself, but which is held back by the brambles of these red roses and pulls her towards the darkness to which her new nature as a Vampire condemns her as well as locking her in an uneasiness with herself.

🇮🇹 Finalmente, dopo un tempo infinito sono riuscita a finire il disegno per il #neathlight500DTIYS di neathlightdrawing rappresentando il suo Oc: La tenera Harmonia. Da quando è uscita questa sfida ho voluto partecipare con tutta me stessa sentendomi quasi in colpa se non ci fossi riuscita, il motivo immagino che sia anche il fatto che i nostri due Oc hanno un aspetto molto simile. Capelli rossi e occhi viola sono due caratteristiche che si presentano anche nella mia Nymeria. Fin da subito dopo aver letto la descrizione del post e del momento che dovevamo raffigurare un nome mi è saltato subito in mente: Caravaggio. Ho subito immaginato i suoi toni intensi chiaroscurali in contrato con l'intensità delle luci presenti nei suoi quadri e ho deciso che sarebbe stato lui a ispirarmi per questo disegno e penso di aver fatto un buon lavoro. Aggiungendo quel tocco neoclassico, visto la scelta di rappresentare il personaggio praticamente svestito. Mi piaceva rappresentare Harmonia catturata da questa luce quasi divina che la attira a se, ma che viene trattenuta tramite i rovi di queste rose rosse che e la tirano verso l'oscurità a cui la sua nuova natura di Vampira la condanna oltre che bloccarla in un disagio con se stessa.
