My Instagram post about this.. The first time I heard the news will forever stain on my mind. I've never felt so heart broken before.. The whole day I went through it being emotionally and physically drained. But everyone keeps telling me it's for his health, and it is. Everyone should remember that. Zayn had the courage to leave the band for his own mental health and that motivates me to do greater and better things for myself as well.
