So, my partner has been offered a contracting job in Georgia (near-ish mah Daddeh). Which is great. He was laid off after a management shift from his last job a week and a half ago. However, this will mean months without him. Months trying to find homes for our pets (because finding a place to rent will be hard enough). It will also mean months trying to explain to our daughter why Daddy isn’t at home. With how my anxiety has been the past two months, I’m scared. Being supportive of this decision is very hard to do, but I know it’s the right thing.
