Come see the new Audra Balion Art Sanctuary! 🥳 In the history (and artsy) @drinkle3 mall in downtown Saskatoon. I am super excited to welcome you to my new space. It's a studio, it's a shop, it's an art sanctuary. This space will not only be a place for me to create, but also for others; through paint nights, art lessons, art club, and other events. I'll be showing and selling my own work here, but also will be inviting guest artists in the new year. Because art is better when we share it, and creativity blossoms when we collaborate. For the Grand Opening, we'll have Door Prizes, provided by some of my favourite local shops: - @amazingstoriessk - @artplacementsupplies - @honeybuncafe - @mcnallyrobinsonsk - @donnasdelectableminicheesecake - more TBA We will also be doing a Drawing Party, with a draw for a drawing. Confused? Let me explain: Step 1) Drawing Party! Come and draw. It's a party. Materials provided. Step 2) Participating in the Drawing Party gets you an entry into the Draw. Step 3) The prize for the Draw is a Drawing by me, AuDraw. ...I mean Audra. And last but not least, a Patron bonus in appreciation for their ongoing support. During November, new and existing Patrons at the Pen Pal tier (or who upgrade) receive an original artwork. It will be included in your December Goodie Pack. So, I’m starting a little side-hustle, an apparel brand called Hope Fiend. The name came to me during my recovery, when I was transitioning from being a hopeless dope-fiend into a dopeless Hope-Fiend. After all the craziness of the past few years, I figure the world could use a bit more hope and some colour.
