When I was 1 or 2, my father's cousin/friend who I'd never met died. We flew to MS for the funeral, but I wouldn't go; I wanted to play outside. Afterwards, my parents started noticing me playing with an imaginary friend for the first time in my life. When they asked, I'd only say I was talking to "Daddy's friend". Several months later, we were looking at pictures and I suddenly got very excited and pointed to one of my father's dead cousin. The one I'd never seen. "There's Daddy's friend!"

“Truscum” is people who believe you need dysphoria to be trans, basically people against fiction-kin and other-kin, which are two fancy words for cis people who want to be trans by claiming they are a fictional character (fiction-kin) or something other than human, like a plant or an animal (other-kin). It’s like eight-year-olds who’re still playing pretend.
