MOUNT VERNON - The future of Pacemakers Dragway Park, a fixture on the west side of Mount Vernon for over 60 years, is uncertain after track owner Rod Zolman announced on Thursday, October 10, that financial losses have forced him to cease operations when the current season ends. Pacemakers will hold its final event on the last weekend of October.
